Bought 2 rugs and was very pleased with the quality and the delivery ???? all went very smoothly and they arrived sooner than we were expecting but we were kept informed and messaged in plenty of time for delivery. If we need another rug I would be very pleased to buy off this company again.

Well I assume the rug is ok as I've yet to unpack it as we've just moved house but the delivery was appalling. The first day I waited in all day - no rug only an email saying they'd tried to deliver but there was no reply and a calling card had been left. I don't think so! Second attempt the following day the same excuse. Again in all day and no show. I then had to get in touch with both the supplier and the delivery team and had to wait until after the Bank Holiday Monday for the next attempt. On this occasion the rug arrived - yay. We had a previous bad experience 18 months ago with this delivery company before and it would seem it's got no better. If I order anything more on line and find out that this company is delivering the item I wouldn't go ahead with the purchase.

So pleased with my rug. Good price & great quality. The only thing that lets them down is the awful couriers. They did, however sort all my courier problems really quickly & were so polite & helpful.

Rubbish Quality not as in pictures very thin I recommend anyone not to buy

Good value for money. Rug is quite thin and will move when placed on a carpet.

So dissatisfied with the rug - it’s like a flying carpet it moves as soon as you step on it - will never buy again!! So badly made sorry rugs!!
